Mobility Exercises


Before we provide mobility exercises, we must receive an approval from your physician to indicate that your program is safe and tailored for your mobility and range of motion exercise needs. People with limited mobility are encouraged to try mobility exercises to maintain or even enhance their motion and to receive in its health benefits.

No matter what age, health or condition, exercise is a great thing and is good for all types of people. Simple mobility exercises include:
